高碘酸钾催化光度法测定痕量铑   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
在磷酸和热水浴中 ,Rh( )催化高碘酸钾氧化二甲基黄褪色 ,由此建立了测定铑的新催化光度法。本方法的线性范围为 0— 4 .0 μg/ 2 5 m L,检出限为 4 .71× 10 -10 g/ m L。对 2 .0 μg/ 2 5 m L Rh( )测定的相对标准偏差为 1.4 3% (n=11) ,催化反应的表观活化能为 12 5 .8k J/ mol。此法已用于某些催化剂和冶金产品中痕量铑的测定 ,结果令人满意。  相似文献

Raman microprobe spectroscopy and μX-ray fluorescence were used to analyse the original composition and degradation products of the limestone and the sandstones from the facades of one historical building. Carbon particles, gypsum (CaSO4·2H2O) and some nitrate compounds were determined by Raman measurements, while elemental characterisation carried out by μXRF revealed the presence of lead, sulphur and copper as pollutants. On the one hand, the grey sandstone is the most deteriorated and in some cases pollutants reach 3 cm depth. On the other hand, quantification of soluble salts (chlorides, sulphates, nitrates, nitrites, fluorides and carbonates) was accomplished by ion chromatography. Chloride and sulphates are not significant soluble salts in the façades of the building, but the amount of nitrate is even 136 g kg−1 in some of the most deteriorated samples and of 147 g kg−1 in black-crusts. Finally, organic compounds (mainly PAHs) were characterised by GC-MS. Concentrations higher than 20 ppm of total PAHs were measured in the black-crusts of the rain-protected facades. The presence of certain PAHs indicated combustion of fuels as the main source of deterioration for the palace house building materials.  相似文献

Two 1-thiazolyl-2-thienylcyclopentene derivatives, 1a and 2a, and a 1-thiazolyl-2-vinylcyclopentene derivative 3a have been synthesized in an attempt to obtain photochromic compounds which change the color from colorless to yellow, and have low photocycloreversion quantum yields and high absorption coefficients of the colored isomers. All of these compounds underwent reversible photochromic reactions. Compounds 1a and 2a in toluene solutions changed the color upon 313 nm light irradiation from colorless to orange and pink, in which absorption maxima were observed at 494 nm (ε=10,000 M−1 cm−1) and 525 nm (ε=8500 M−1 cm−1), respectively. On the other hand, the colorless toluene solution of 3a turned yellow upon irradiation with 313 nm light, in which the absorption maximum was observed at 416 nm (ε=17,100 M−1 cm−1). The photocyclization/cycloreversion quantum yields of 3 were 0.19 and 0.0014, respectively. The conversion from the open- to the closed-ring isomer of 3 in the photostationary state under irradiation with 313 nm light was close to 100%.  相似文献

GaN samples, containing various concentrations of carbon and doped intentionally with silicon, have been grown heteroepitaxially on sapphire using metal-organic-chemical-vapor deposition. Previous electrical and optical data, together with Density Functional calculations, have suggested that carbon is incorporated at acceptor and donor substitutional sites in this material; the relative importance of each is determined by the Fermi level position and the growth conditions. Here the luminescence behavior of these materials is examined in more detail, including spectral, temperature, and time dependences under ultraviolet light and electron beam excitation conditions. Particular attention is given to the commonly observed “yellow band” at , a blue luminescence at seen only in samples where carbon is the majority dopant, and ultraviolet bands near . Our data suggest that the latter two bands are both donor-acceptor related with the final state being the negatively charged state of a carbon atom substituting for nitrogen. In samples where carbon is the majority dopant, extended luminescence excitation at low temperatures results in large changes in the brightness of the yellow and blue luminescence bands. These effects are similar to other recent observations of luminescence metastability in high resistivity GaN, and we suggest that carbon plays a crucial role in this phenomenon.  相似文献

Three important characters of the suspended load of the Yellow (Huanghe) River are discussed, i.e. its temporal fluctuation as a function of solar activity, its uneven spatial distribution along the main course and the inevitability of these phenomena as a natural earth process rather than a result of disturbed ecological system caused by human activity. The cork from Quercus suber L. is the premium raw material used to produce wine-bottling stoppers; however, being a natural product, cork can be contaminated and attacked in different ways that could promote differences in its proprieties. A specific contamination is the defect known in the industry as “Mancha Amarela—Yellow spot” (MA). This cork shows modifications in its mechanical, structural and optical properties and is potentially able to cause off-flavours in wine. In this study, a new analytical approach is proposed for the rapid screening of cork-wine model interactions in order to determine if the cork were able to contaminate a wine. Cork samples classified as standard (S) and cork MA were put in contact with a wine model matrix. The model matrix was analysed by cyclic voltammetry and square wave voltammetry in function of different contact times. Considering that matrices in contact with cork S and MA exhibited different pH, the influence of this parameter on the distinction power was also evaluated. The data sets obtained from the different techniques were treated by principal component analysis (PCA) and PLS_Cluster. The major difference between samples S and MA is the occurrence of an important peak at ca. 580 mV in the MA voltammograms. This more positive peak may be assigned to lignin related phenolics; therefore, it can be proposed as a possible marker to follow lignin degradation.  相似文献

The structural characterization of the orientation and elongation under shear flow in Lyotropic Chromonic Liquid Crystals (LCLCs) molecules, Sunset Yellow FCF (SSY), was performed by in situ rheological small/wide angle X-ray scattering (Rheo-SAXS/WAXS). The X-ray measurement results clearly demonstrated that the stacked aggregates were oriented and elongated to the shear direction under shear flow. Further shear rate increase caused the enhancement in the orientation and elongation with the inter-aggregate distance constant, and then the structural change decreased implying the onset of the orientation saturation at high shear rates.  相似文献

根据2007年4月南黄海区块(SYS)表层海水中二氧化碳分压(pCO2)的连续走航数据,结合水温(T)、盐度(S)、叶绿素 (Chla)以及pH的同步观测资料,对该海域pCO2分布特征及其主要影响因素进行了初步探讨。分析结果表明:春季南黄海pCO2的范围在365.2~734.9 μatm之间,平均值为548.0 μatm;最高值出现在121.5°E,33.4°N海域,最低值出现在123°E,32.3°N海域。受海水中物理、化学和生物因素的综合影响,pCO2的分布存在较大的不均匀性,总体上表现为西部高于东部,中间高于南北两边;在苏北浅滩和鲁南海区,pCO2与水温的变化呈正相关关系,与盐度的大小呈明显的负相关关系,而在长江入海口变化趋势则相反;此外,在整个调查海区pCO2与叶绿素、pH基本上呈负相关关系。研究将两台检测器串联进行互校,同时利用二氧化碳标准气体对其中一台仪器进行全程校准,可连续不间断观测海水和大气中的pCO2。该方法操作简单,获得的数据准确可靠,可为节能减排能力建设提供技术支持。  相似文献

日落黄与壳聚糖盐酸盐发生缔合反应形成离子缔合物可使体系共振光显著增强。在1.0 mL pH 5.5的BR缓冲溶液中,该体系共振散射强度最大,反应可在室温5 min内迅速完成。在0.6~9μg.mL-1范围内散射强度(ΔI)与日落黄的浓度成正比,检出限为0.395μg.mL-1(n=5)。建立了一种简便、快速测定日落黄的方法,并成功用于饮料样品中日落黄含量的测定.加标回收率为93.0~101.8%,RSD为1.8~3.4%。  相似文献
